OUR BEERS

Our beers have spent years in the making. From inception to creation, each beer has been tried & tested and has only been produced when the style is perfect. Creating a good beer is not just a labour of love; it is a science
East india IPA
'East India' IPA

The palest of the beers we produce. This a blend of local malt meets  American Hops.  There is a hint of a malt profile allowing the citrus & piney aromas to truly come to life. The relatively high alcohol content is a fine balance to the hoppy bitterness.

Bomber Command Golden Ale
'Bomber Command' Golden ale

A golden ale with a malty, biscuit finish. There are caramel flavours enhanced by the yeast. The English hops are well suited to the malt levels providing aromas of pine, floral and honey. A good session ale.

Black Lace milk stout
'Black Lace' Milk Chocolate Stout

Liquid chocolate in a glass. The roasted & chocolate malt is well balanced with the sweetness of milk sugar.  Late additions of aromatic hops leave a subtle bitterness to round off the flavours.

 '1721' Plum Porter

A deep red to dark sweet malty ale. This is  both full bodied and malty with hints of hop bitterness and lingering caramel with stonefruit and plum flavours imparted from fresh naturalplum flavourings. Although this beer has taken years before being produced and many attempts at getting the right plum fruitiness,  we think it has been well worth the wait.

Malt: Maris Otter pale, Crystal Malt, Chocolate malt, roast barley, torrefied wheat
